Our expert coaches use a combination of age-appropriate training techniques and equipment to build strong teens.
Our main teens classes are our PowerSource Youth Fitness Classes which are designed to promote the development of strong muscles and bones, reduce the risk of obesity, encourage social interaction, promote teamwork, improve confidence and self-esteem. Age groups: 5-7; 8-12; 13-16
Your teen will develop movement patterns that will make them less likely to get injured in sports.
Our classes help teens develop a lifelong love of health and fitness.
Group classes teach teamwork. Group/team workouts teach teens how to lead others through inspiration, communication and encouragement.
Our teens develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
