Barbell Club

24×7 access to strength and conditioning equipment, use of CrossFit area and equipment when group classes are not using the items.

CrossFit

Coached Group Classes of up to 12 people; expert coaching will modify movements to your current ability. Great for weight management, strength, mobility, stability, cardiorespiratory fitness. Make friends, have fun, get fit!

Small Group Training

Out of shape? Need a kickstart to your fitness journey? Coached classes of up to 6 people provide more direct coaching than CrossFit.

PowerSource Youth Fitness Classes

Classes are designed to promote the development of strong muscles and bones, reduce the risk of obesity, encourage social interaction, promote teamwork, improve confidence and self-esteem. Age groups: 5-7; 8-12; 13-16

Cardio Grind!

No membership required! Compliment your existing fitness training with a Coached class on Saturdays!

Private Training

Goal and sport specific 1×1 training. Single session to annual plan. Rates vary by topic and coach.
