Why Metabolism Grind?
If you are training on your own and could use a periodic "push" to get some high intensity interval training, or, just a "push" to get some cardio work in on a regular basis then this class is for you.
No memberhip required. Take a single session or subscribe to a 7-pack of classes. The movements are simple yet powerful. It is a great opportunity for any athlete to get the benefits of explosive movements without the complexity of a barbell.
