We have two great Coached options for you!

Option 1

Semi-Private training is limited to three people per session.

Has it been a while since you last exercised for at least 30 minutes? This course is the perfect way to restart your fitness effort.
Course Information:
• Each session is led by a Coach, 45 minutes in duration and includes warmup, technique work, and the workout.
• Classes meet 2x per week and are limited to three participants.
• Class times. Choose from:
o M/TH 11:15-12PM
o M/TH 12:15-1PM
o T/F 11:15-12PM
o T/F 12:15-1PM
• Monthly, one 30-minute coaching session to review progress towards goals, discuss wins and challenges.

Price $275 per month

Additional Coaching sessions are available as add-ons this program.

Option 2

Small Group Training is capped at six members per session.

Small group training sessions with plenty of coaching and encouragement with exercises scaled to your ability and modified as you progress. Participants will improve their cardio-respiratory conditioning, strength, and stamina.
Course Information:
• Each session is led by a coach, 60 minutes in duration and includes warmup, technique work, and the workout.
• Classes meet 2x per week and are limited to six participants.
• Class times:
o M/TH 1:15-2:15pm
o T/F 1:15-2:15pm
•Monthly, one 30-minute coaching session to review progress towards goals, discuss wins and challenges.

Price: $219 per month
