Introduction to Olympic Weightlifting techniques and equipment

Olympic Weightlifting consists of two lifts:

  1. Snatch
  2. Clean & Jerk

These  are very athletic lifts requiring mobility, balance, and speed.  Come take a 4 week progression class to safely learn how to do perform these lifts. All participants will start with a pvc pipe to learn the basics of the movement. Have fun, learn a new skill, and add a little variety into your exercise habits.


  • $100 per member for a four week introductory course.
