Barbell Club 101 is held every Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 9:00am Please call to reserve your spot: 661-417-6844 The $10 fee is applicable to the first month of your monthly membership.

This introductory session is designed to help you get acquainted with the unique equipment, our culture and rules, and to introduce training programs covered in their membership. Come prepared to do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
