Powerlifting Team Training
Group training for the sport of Powerlifting!
IT IS NOT ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU LIFT, BUT ABOUT THE EFFORT AND CONSISTENCY YOU ARE WILLING TO INVEST IN YOURSELF and other members of the team training sessions. As a member of Powerlifting Team training, you will be expected to assist others with bar loading, and spotting in between your lifts. Must be over 18 years old for this opportunity.
Features
1. 24×7 access to the Barbell Club
2. Team meets 2x/week for 2 hours per session
a. Wednesdays 6:00pm – 8:00pm
b. Saturdays 1pm-3pm
3. Learn about the sport of powerlifting, equipment, how to train optimally
4. Learn proper technique in the squat, bench press, deadlift
5. Get immediate feedback on your form and performanceI
6. dentification of areas to focus on to improve your strength and coaching with the “How” to improve
7. Get Stronger
8. Sessions Focus on Max Effort training: 1 upper and 1 lower per week
9. Work in groups and rotations in a coached environment
10. You will be guaranteed a spotter for heavy work
11. Learn how to correctly and safely spot others
12. Learn how to properly wrap wrists and knees
