Why Do Powerlifting Group Training?

Learn how to lift correctly, be guaranteed to have spotters, use actual powerlifting equipment, in a real powerlifting gym.
The magic and beauty of Powerlifting is that anyone can do it.

  3. Learn about the sport of powerlifting, equipment, how to train optimally
  4. Get immediate feedback on your form and performance
  5. Identification of areas to focus on to improve your strength and coaching with the “How” to improve
  6. Sessions Focus on Max Effort training: 1 upper and 1 lower per week
  7. Work in groups and rotations in a coached environment
  8. You will be guaranteed a spotter for heavy work
  9. Learn how to correctly and safely spot others
  10. Learn how to properly wrap wrists and knees
  11. The opportunity to train with like-minded individuals that will encourage you to be your best
It is not about how much you lift, but about the effort and consistency you are willing to invest in yourself. Being part of our Powerlifting Group Training is a not something to try out for. Group training is for you if you have an interest in learning, are coachable, and communicate well with coaches and other group members.  You will need to show up prepared to focus and train like a champion.
  • Group Training Dates and Times: Saturdays 1-3pm
  • Focus is on Max Effort Training
  • Speed, Volume, Conditioning is uncoached and should be trained on other days of the week as your schedule allows.

Powerlifting Group Training

Group training for the sport of Powerlifting!

Pricing is per session. You may purchase a single session. No membership required.

Members: $29.99 per session.

Nonmembers $39.99 per session   An online gym waiver must be completed prior to arrival.

 

Each class may last for up to 2 hours depending on the number of participants.
At each class you will get:
• A proper warmup based on the session focus.
• Assessment of your existing technique with suggestions for improvement.
• A Max Effort training session
• Identification of your areas of muscle weakness for the lift
• How to turn your weakness into a strength
• Accessory work using Cambered Bars and Westside Barbell Equipment

Each session is limited to 8 lifters.
