When I ended my USMC enlistment in 2003, I struggled to find a program that kept me focused on health and fitness. About 10 years ago, a friend urged me to try CrossFit. The first time I stepped into a CrossFit Gym I was hooked. Since then, CrossFit has always provided not just a gym but a support system of positive people that always kept me coming back.
Motivation & Passion
Getting into coaching, I was on a mission for self growth. Early on, I realized that I was able to help others along their journey as well. That is the reason that I enjoy coaching so much. To be able to help others grow and achieve goals.
